Safety Procedures

We welcome the return to providing our wedding car services and we have implemented a number of safety measures to keep both our customers and our staff safe.

Enhanced Cleaning

We have established deep cleaning measures to ensure every car is thoroughly sanitised before and after every booking.  We will pay particular attention to any surface which our customers or staff may come into contact with.

Safety Screens

Our cars have now been fitted with a Perspex partition in order to separate the driver from the passengers.  Unfortunately, we have not been able to fit a safety screen to our Beetle and are therefore not able to use it at present.

Seating Arrangements

We have had to remove the use of the front passenger seat beside the driver in all of our vehicles. This means that any of our 7 or 8 seaters can now only carry a maximum of 6 passengers and any of our Bridal cars can only carry a maximum of 2 passengers.

Face Coverings

There is no requirement to wear a face covering at present and will leave it to the discretion of our customers and drivers if they wish to wear one.  We will continue to listen to any updated government advice about this and will change our policy accordingly.


Our drivers will continue to provide our usual friendly and professional service. The main difference to this service is that we will not be able to have any physical contact with passengers.  This includes assisting passengers getting in and out of our cars or looking after or carrying passengers’ personal belongings.


Changes to bookings

Now that weddings are now allowed to be held indoors, we understand that some of our customers may want to rebook their original date, we are happy to accommodate this.  Just send us an email to and we be delighted to help you.

However, we appreciate that some customers may still wish to postpone their booking, we continue to be happy to accommodate this and will move your booking, and any payments made to the new date.

If the cars that you have booked are still available for your new date, then it is a straight forward swap. However, if you choose a date where the exact cars you have booked are unavailable, we will advise what we do have available and you can choose what cars you would like to change to.

We are doing everything in our power to make these changes straight forward and we are not increasing the costs for weddings moving to dates next year. In return, we ask that you pay your remaining balance when it was due (1 month before your original date).
