23rd March 2020 update

Keeping you safe

For any bookings that are going ahead, we are doing our everything in our power to keep all of our vehicles infection free.

We are disinfecting every car before it goes out.  Throughout the wedding, when you are in getting married or off getting photographs taken, we will be cleaning the door handles, seat belts and all flat surfaces.  Our drivers will continually use hand sanitizer throughout the wedding.  When our cars return we will again be fully disinfecting the car.

Office opening

Throughout the next 3 weeks, we have no choice but to close our offices.  However, we will still be available to contact us to organise quotes, discuss changes to your booking or to postpone your date.

The main email we will be using is

Changes to bookings

We understand that many of the weddings booked between March and June (and possibly longer) will be required to change their date.

We are happy to accommodate this and can move your booking, and any payments made to the new date.  We would ask that you email us with the original date of your wedding and the date you would like to move to, our office staff will then get back to you to confirm.

If the cars that you have booked are still available for your new date, then it is a straight forward swap.

If you choose a date where the exact cars you have booked are unavailable, we will advise what we do have available and you can choose what cars you would like to change to.

We are doing everything in our power to make these changes straight forward and we are not increasing the costs for weddings moving to dates next year.  In return, we ask that you pay your remaining balance when it was due (1 month before your original date).  This will enable us to continue to operate normally and continue to pay our staff.
